FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
Cage Cashier
The Cage Cashier is responsible for handling transactions with both external and internal customers involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents.  The Cashier provides the highest level of guest service at all times.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cash Services Representative
THIS IS NOT A MACR POSITION.  CONTACT INFO BELOW:Contact for position: email: gina.christensen@everi.com  call: 504-214-2461Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains and reconciles a cash drawer, and secures cash, checks, forms, and other related inventory.Consistently provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests, maintains constant awareness of services offered by Cash Service Centers.Ensures security is maintained of cash drawer and all monetary instruments.Cashes checks for guests in accordance with established procedures.Performs cash advances in accordance with established procedures.Exchanges cash for guests in adherence with established procedures.Operates a 10-key calculator.Performs bank paperwork/deposits and transfers funds with casino Main Bank.Performs all other duties as assigned.
Count Team Associate
The Count Team Associate is responsible for actively participating in the Slot drop and counting and verifying all gaming revenues.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 4 AM Shift Start. 
Credit Clerk
The Credit Clerk is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all paperwork necessary to establish credit for guests under the direction of the Credit Executive and the Credit Manager in compliance with established MACR policy and procedure, objectives, goals and PA Gaming Control Board regulations.   Must be available to work weekends and nights.  
Income Auditor
The Income Auditor performs daily property revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.   
Warehouse Associate -On Call Only-
The Warehouse Associate ensures that all requisitions are completed as prescribed from Mount Airy Casino Resort’s specifications while following procedures and requirements; Keeps the storeroom/warehouse neat, clean and organized at all times; Reports back to supervisor/manager proper par levels of all products stored while keeping with Internal Control Standards and company goals & objectives.  

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Banquet House Person - Set Up
Set-up and take down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, event areas, banquet storage areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Banquet Server
This is an on-call position, which provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Barback - WET Pool
The Beverage Barback will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times. Position requires physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four wheel carts, four wheel ice containers and two wheel trash containers. Ability to operate the following equipment:  Juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Bartender
 The Beverage Bartender will provide friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage servers.  The bartender will prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Bartender-Wet Pool
Qualified candidate must have outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition while providing exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times; Responsibilities include serving and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and servers in accordance to specifications set forth by the Venue in a courteous and timely manner; Must possess complete knowledge of food and beverage including preparation and understand and demonstrate proper liquor, beer and wine service; Must maintain awareness of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages as well as staff privileges and responsibilities; Responsible for cash handling; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; High school diploma or its equivalency required with previous customer service experience preferred; Previous Serving, Bartending experience required with a minimum two years experience highly preferred; Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be teamwork oriented; Cash Handling preferred. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule. Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts. 
Beverage Shift Manager
The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet Cashier
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- The General Cashier is responsible for operating cash registers and properly settling checks in food and beverage outlets. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet Host
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- Immediately greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the “great service experience”.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet Server
Provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cocktail Server
The Beverage Cocktail Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving beverage orders.  Responsible for taking beverage orders and serving complimentary beverages to guests, slot and pit areas.  Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly and remember details.  Physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting and carrying is also required.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cook

Deep Clean Steward
-SPOTLIGHT JOB-This position is primarily responsible for the deep/heavy cleaning of all kitchen equipment and assigned areas during the overnight shift.   Additionally, clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Employee Dining Room Attendant
Prepare and serve food in the employee dining room ensuring a high level of quality and consistency; cleans tables and assist internal customers.     
Kitchen Steward
-SPOTLIGHT JOB-Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Lead Bartender
The Pool Lead Bartender will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer who approaches the bar while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and servers.  The bartender will prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. The Bartender/Lead will assist leadership in day to day operations and supervision of team members. Other duties as assigned.   
Liquor Room Attendant -Last Call-
The Beverage Liquor Room Attendant (Last call) will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times.  Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.).  Liquor room Attendant will stock all liquor system manifold and maintain clean pump rooms. Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four wheel carts, four wheel ice containers and two wheel trash containers.  Tasks include pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, walking and reaching.  Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Lucky 8 Noodle and Sushi Bar Server
JOB OVERVIEW: Provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. Prepare food and beverages for service to guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards. Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner.  Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. Reset tables and remove trays from floor. Noodle Bar Cook

Restaurant Supervisor
Assist in managing all aspects of the assigned Restaurant Outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events; Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.  The Marketing Operations Stock Clerk assists the Marketing Operations Department with unloading and stacking varies promotional gifts for distribution prior to and during designated promotions as prescribed from Mount Airy Casino Resort’s specifications while following procedures and requirements; Keeps the staging area  neat, clean and organized at all times.   
Marketing Operations Supervisor (Players Club Supervisor)
Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Supervisor, in conjunction with the Marketing Operations Manager, is responsible for the planning, operation and management of Player Club Card Services, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  The Marketing Operations Supervisor will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Bell Person

Carpenter

The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation Environmental Services during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The EVS Supervisor will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate EVS operations efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
EVS Houseperson
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- The Environmental Services (EVS) Special Projects Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, excluding the casino gaming area during the assigned shift. They ensure superior service to all patrons and guests of the Resort.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
General Maintenance Mechanic
 The General Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the overall general maintenance, replacement and repairs of all facility/property structures and equipment, including grounds keeping, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Golf Cart Attendant-Seasonal
 The Golf Course Attendant is responsible for performing duties required in the daily operations of the golf shop and golf course while ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino. The position primarily assists patrons and guests on the golf course. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 
Golf Course Ranger-Seasonal
A Golf Course Ranger will enforce a variety of daily play standards, especially when busy.  A golf course ranger will keep the pace of play throughout the day under direction of the Club house Manager. All duties performed are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, internal control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Golf Shop Attendant
 The Golf Shop Attendant 2 is responsible for assisting the PGA Head Golf Professional in the execution of the daily operations of the golf shop while ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Guest Room Attendant
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Heavy Porter
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Porter is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Hotel Front Desk Agent -2nd Shift-
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Hotel Front Office Manager
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the planning, operation, management and performance of Front Desk, Bell Station, Doorman, Business Center and Concierge Desk, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Front Office Manager will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Houseperson
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- The Houseperson is responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest room floor areas and hotel areas as assigned, supports Guest Room Attendants by stocking supplies and equipment and handling all linen processes, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Houseperson will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Landscape Grounds Staff -Seasonal-
Under the direction of the Landscape Supervisor, the Landscape Grounds Staff member performs the daily duties required to maintain and enhance the grounds, ornamental plantings, and turf areas on the casino and hotel and property. 
Overnight Front Desk Agent
The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. Additionally the Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for basic housekeeping duties in the absence of housekeeping team members. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 
Overnight Front Desk Lead
 The Overnight Lead Agent is responsible for the operation and supervision of the Front Desk, Bell Station during an assigned shift. Additionally the areas of Housekeeping, Valet and Guest Services/Reservations are added during overnight shifts in the absences of team members in those areas. Answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, and ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. The Overnight Lead Agent will assist staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Integral Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
PA Licensed Cosmetologist-COS

Public Area Attendant
 -SPOTLIGHT JOB- The Environmental Services (EVS) Public Area Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Reservations Agent
-SPOTLIGHT JOB-The Reservations agent is responsible for answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.    
Reservations Supervisor -Overnight-
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- The Overnight Reservations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Guest Services Reservations, answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, and ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Valet Attendant
The Valet Attendant is responsible for the efficient and safe parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.  
Valet Dispatch
The Valet Dispatcher is responsible for the accurate data entry from valet tickets, receiving and settlement of guest transactions and dispatching of valet tickets for retrieval of vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Valet Shift Manager
The Valet Shift Manager is responsible for the supervision of all parking facilities and valet parking operations during an assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel and Casino.  The Valet Shift Manager will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate parking operations efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Wardrobe Attendant
Wardrobe Attendant keeps employee uniforms in good condition; collects, launders, issues and mends employee uniforms.  Additionally, assist the seamstress-tailor and wardrobe manager in other tasks as needed. One to two years of related experience highly preferred and should possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a wardrobe function.     

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
-SPOTLIGHT JOB- This position requires the person to patrol the casino floor, the hotel, and the parking facilities or be stationed at a post to ensure the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company.  The position also ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
Surveillance Officer
The Surveillance Officer is responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Experienced-Certified Dealers
The Dealer is responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing a specific table game according to MACR’s policies and procedures and guest service standards.  All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
