COUNT ROOM CLERK-FULL TIME-SHIFT START 4 AM
This position requires a person to be in at 4:00 AM.  Only serious applicants please.Responsible for actively participating in the Slot drop,counting and verifying all gaming revenue;  Perform the collection and count of soft drop for slot machines with the focus on accuracy; Accurately count slot drop and reconcile paperwork to the system reports for cash and gaming voucher transactions; Report any discrepancies to the Income Audit Department; Responsible for operating cash counting equipment; Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; Previous cash handling experience preferred; Part- time hours;  Adept with mechanical devices preferred. Income Auditor-Part Time
    Position Overview: The Income Auditor performs daily property revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Administrative Assistant
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Director of Security and the VP of Resort Operations, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. BANQUET SERVER
JOB OVERVIEW: This is an on-call position, which provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. KEY DUTIES: Promptly greets guest at assigned tables and take beverage order. Clear away soiled dishes on an ongoing basis and replace flatware as needed. Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items are desired. Requires having a basic knowledge composition of food and beverage menu items, daily specials and proper placing procedures. Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines. Prepare beverages for service to guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards. Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner.  Clean and/or wipe down tables and resets table after guest leaves table. Perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required.  Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift. Alert Outlet Management of any service and/or safety issues. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.     May assist with other duties as assigned.   Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum:  Basic reading and writing; Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; high school diploma or its equivalency required. This job requires ability to perform the following: Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Moving about the Banquet area and the kitchen. Handling objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc. Bending, stooping, and kneeling.   Other: Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor. Barback-Deep Cleaning-Overnight
Job Summary:            The Beverage Barback will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times.     All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Obtain supplies and equipment for each beverage station and place fruits, glasses and silverware in their respective places. Bartender-Golf Course
 Job Summary: The Bartender – Front Golf Course will provide friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage cart attendants.  The bartender will prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: ·         Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients. ·         Mix drinks and collect payment from guests. ·         Count bank at the beginning of shift to verify necessary amounts.  Count bank at the end of shift, separating room charges and comp tickets, completing paperwork.  Requires mathematical skills and writing ability. ·         Ability to take beverage orders from customers of the bar requires ability to communicate clearly in English. ·         Clean bar area including wiping down bar and picking up trash.  Restock supplies during slow periods, including lifting, bending, and reaching. ·         Lift bar top to enter/leave bar work area (approximately 15lbs) or bending under to access area behind bar. ·         Must be able to work within a narrow space – approx. 4.5 ft. wide behind bar. ·         Address guests with a pleasant nature at all times ·         Acquire knowledge of the layout of the casino and golf course facilities and the ability to give proper directions. ·         Punch time clock at beginning and end of shift, and sign in and out   Other Responsibilities: ·         Operating dishwasher to clean glasses and storing when clean. ·         Prepare garnishes at end of shift as well as when needed; may include cutting/ slicing fruit and similar duties.  ·         Carrying glass racks which are approximately 10–15 lbs. each. ·         Keeping bar stocked; beer, liquors, wines, etc., includes lifting, bending and reaching.   Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Position Overview: The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for selling food and beverages (Snacks) to Golf Course patrons, set up and packs snacks on the Beverage Cart according to specifications and standards. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Essential Job Functions: ·         Sells food and beverages (Snacks) to Golf Course patrons, set up and packs snacks on the Beverage Cart according to specifications and standards. ·         Complete customer payment transactions as outlined in cash and charge procedures.  ·         Records all tips collected from credit cards and complimentaries. ·         Keeps work station area neat and clean, picks up trash, glasses, etc. ·         Informs shift change of unique situations involving guests. ·         Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Beverage Manager
  Job Summary: The Beverage Manager operates exciting beverage environments, which attract and retain Resort guests while contributing to the operational success of the Food and Beverage Department.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, PA state liquor laws and objectives, and meet the criteria of a AAA Four-Diamond resort. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ensure that all beverage products served meet the established specifications and standards.Communicate variances from the established standards to the Director of Food and Beverage.Ensure that the proper levels of service are provided based on forecasted need.Complete the required daily financial tools and reports.Work with Finance to ensure that all revenue is captured and reported in an accurate and relevant manner.Execute and audit beverage inventory and cost control systems and procedures.Prepare all necessary paperwork, order the supplies and equipment needed for an efficient customer oriented operation.Analyze and evaluate beverage department profit and loss statements and make recommendations as to alternate courses of action.With the Director of Food & Beverage, direct the Purchasing Agent in matters pertaining to the purchase of beverages.Solicit guest feedback by direct interaction.Act immediately on any guest complaint to ensure that corrections are made and that 100% Satisfaction Guarantee invocations are made.Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable work environment for employees and guests.Ensure that all service equipment is handled safely and with reasonable care, reporting mechanical problems to the proper department for repair.Ensure that corporate, property and departmental goals are identified and achieved and that positive results are maintained.Monitor budget to ensure that the department runs efficiently in order to achieve established fiscal and performance service delivery.Conduct service education programs, reinforce and lead personnel in the proper performance of their duties.   Job Summary: The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Scheduling Familiarize yourself with daily pit sheets.Check with Supervisors as to schedule changes, call offs, etc.Be fully aware of all decisions made by the other Managers and Supervisors in regards to staffing.Check daily staff sheets and schedules.Ensure check in is done consistently and correctly. HVAC Mechanic-Experience Required

Ensures security escort in restricted areas.Will assist tradesman as required to perform duties outside the General Maintenance area, i.e., plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry, etc. Strict adherence to policies, procedures, standards and safety regulations. Must have knowledge of and the ability to read and understand codes. Linen Houseperson
Responsible for handling, issuing and processing all linens, textiles and supplies and supporting Housekeeping operations, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Maintains linen and supplies storage facilities in a clean and orderly manner; Prepares, inspects and counts linens and textiles from laundry service;One year of Hospitality/Housekeeping experience preferred; Minimum 18 yrs of age; HS Diploma/GED required.  On-Call Position with availability to work second shift including weekends and holidays.
National Sales Manager
Position Overview: The National Sales Manager is responsible for all external and internal special events.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.    Essential Job Functions: Develop and maintain national account base of corporations that can produce revenue beneficial to the hotel and convention center. Responsible for and implement a sales action plan for the designated market segments and territories which includes trade show participation, site tours and sales related trips, phone and direct in person solicitation.Responsible for all external and internal special events including promotions, trade shows, chamber functions, travel shows, tourism development, employee relations, etc.Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales calls and marketing actions within current month and planned for following months. Must be able to manage general office duties and be friendly and courteous to fellow employees and guests.   Must be able to handle multiple projects in a timely manner with a positive and cooperative attitude.  Must project a professional image and have good written and verbal communication skills. Responsible for the accurate data entry from valet tickets, receiving and settlement of guest transactions and dispatching of valet tickets for retrieval of vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Must be a min. 18 yrs. of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills, organizational skills a must; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays; Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Non- Gaming License as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
VIP -  Must be a min. of 21 years old... Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees.  Starting rate of pay is $10.00 per hour.   HS Diploma-GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
Surveillance Agent
Responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment; Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member or customer; Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation; Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement; Safeguards the assets of the organization; Assists the Surveillance Shift Manager in organizing routine random surveillances as required; Works closely with the Security Department to prevent the loss or damage of company assets; HS Diploma/GED required; Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred; Performs a variety of tasks as determined by the Surveillance Shift Manager; Minimum  21 years of age; Must maintain a valid PA Gaming License. Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

SLOT OPERATIONS
Lead Slot Attendant
Position Overview: The Lead Slot Attendant is responsible to lead, guide and support the Slot Attendants on their assigned shift while ensuring that the Slot Attendants are providing high levels of customer service. All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the Mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Essential Job Functions: Works in conjunction with the Slot Shift Manager in the guidance of personnel and efficient operation of the slot floor during their assigned shift. Monitor employee activities and take appropriate actions in support of efficient operations.Assists in the development and implementation of Slot Operations Policies and Procedures.  Responsible for the training of Slot Operations staff.  Responsible that all employees have the knowledge required to perform their duties at an acceptable level.Must know and enforce all policies and procedures of the Slot Operations department.Settle all customer disputes not readily resolved by subordinates.Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.  Maintains a professional work environment with Shift Managers and staff.Shall act as signatory and verifier on jackpots as detailed the internal controls.Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.Attends all necessary meetings.Assists in other projects as directed.Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Slot Tech Supervisor
  Position Overview: The Slot Technician Supervisor will provide training, technical direction and guidance to co-workers in installing, servicing and adjusting of slot machines and slot system.   All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the Mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.   Essential Job Functions: Leads staff in safeguarding and maintaining the slot machines.Provides technical direction to co-workers with regards to troubleshooting of slot equipment.Prepares requisitions for parts and equipment.Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment.Coordinates movements, modifications of machines as directed.Trains co-workers to repair, adjust, install, option and setup slot machines as well as the slot monitoring system.Responsible for ordering and maintaining all necessary supplies for slot repair and maintenance.Assigns duties to slot technical staff for preventive maintenance and machine inspections as directed.Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.  Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system.Attends all necessary meetings.        Assist in other projects as directedMeets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Slot Technician
Responsible for performing all repairs, maintenance, moves, modifications, and installation of all slot equipment but not limited to, slot machines and slot system equipment; Adjusts and repairs machines, replacing worn or defective parts as needed; Conducts routine maintenance and servicing of slot machines and related components; Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment; Set machine options on slot machines and programs progressive slot controllers; Install new slot related equipment; Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system; Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed; Formal training in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment preferred; Prior experience as a slot technician a plus; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Gaming License; Able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
(Mt Airy has positions open for Dealers with experience and/or Dealers with Certified Training from an accredited gaming school. All serious applicants are welcome to apply.  The process will involve an interview and table game audition. These positions are "On Call-Part time." )Responsible for the protection and integrity of the  games being dealt; Conducts the games in accordance with MACR policies and procedures and regulations of PGCB; Handling player transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor or Pit Manager of any irregularities; Responsible for maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a pleasant gaming experience; Excellent customer service and communication skills required. One (1) year experience as a casino dealer within the last five (5) years and certified in two (2) core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette and/or Baccarat) required.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the PGCB.
