Casino Credit Clerk-Part Time
Position Overview: The Credit Clerk is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all paperwork necessary to establish credit for guests under the direction of the Credit Executive and the Credit Manager in compliance with established MACR policy and procedure, objectives, goals and PA Gaming Control Board regulations.   Essential Job Functions:Processes applications of customers applying for credit.Requests credit reference and back reports associated with the issuance of credit and filing.Maintains customer credit files and handles customer correspondence. Responsible for gathering and recording data conductive to the approval of casino credit on individual credit applications. Communicates with Central Credit and other properties regarding credit applications. Makes credit reference inquiries, accept and process telephone applications, and forward to individuals authorized to approve credit along with proper completion of all related documents. Income Auditor
    Position Overview: The Income Auditor performs daily property revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Warehouse Clerk
 Position Overview: The Warehouse Clerk ensures that all requisitions are completed as prescribed from Mount Airy Casino Resort’s specifications while following procedures and requirements; Keeps the storeroom/warehouse neat, clean and organized at all times; Reports back to supervisor/manager proper par levels of all products stored while keeping with Internal Control Standards and company goals & objectives.   Essential Job Functions: ·         Fill and issue general requisitions for the authorized outlets so all stock will be complete at each outlet and advises supervisor of items that are low or out of stock so that they can be reordered. Posting shortages from requisitions. Keep track of all requisitions and orders. Report any unfilled requisitions as to what item and how much to the Warehouse Supervisor. ·          All boxes are to be stored with the label showing so that dates can be checked. Damaged goods should be documented accordingly. ·          Maintain regular sanitation standards & cleanliness of all General areas within the Warehouse storerooms. ·         Monitor and ensure compliance with all Mount Airy Casino Resort storeroom- operating procedures. ·         Checks each item on the invoice against the applicable Mount Airy Casino Resort document, weighing, counting verifying prices on each item and checking these against specifications to verify accuracy of delivery. ·         Maintain orderly upkeep of goods stored on shelves. All crates are to be stored with the labels showing so that dates can be checked. All cases are to be stored together. All broken cases are to be checked and put on shelves. ·         Assist in conducting  daily and month-end inventories. ·         Operating a fork lift and other job essential machinery ·         Enters all non-edible merchandise on a warehouse record, noting purchase order number, shortages and all other required information so all merchandise is accounted for. ·         Assist in the distribution of all in-house packages: involves transportation of heavy goods. ·         Provides exceptional customer service internal/external and communications at all times. Job Summary: The Bartender/Front will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer who approaches the bar while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage servers.  The bartender will prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 1.       Prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients. 2.       Mix drinks and collect payment from guests. 3.       Count bank at the beginning of shift to verify necessary amounts.  Count bank at the end of shift, separating room charges and comp tickets, completing paperwork.  Requires mathematical skills and writing ability. 4.       Ability to take beverage orders from customers of the bar requires ability to communicate clearly in English. 5.       Clean bar area including wiping down bar and picking up trash.  Restock supplies during slow periods, including lifting, bending, and reaching. 6.       Lift bar top to enter/leave bar work area (approximately 15lbs) or bending under to access area behind bar. 7.       Must be able to work within a narrow space – approx. 4.5 ft. wide behind bar. 8.       Address guests with a pleasant nature at all times 9.       Acquire knowledge of the casino layout and the ability to give proper directions. 10.   Punch time clock at beginning and end of shift, and sign in and out   Other Responsibilities: 1.    Operating dishwasher to clean glasses and storing when clean. 2.    Prepare garnishes at end of shift as well as when needed; may include cutting/ slicing fruit and similar duties.  3.    Carrying glass racks which are approximately 10–15 lbs. each. 4.    Keeping bar stocked; beer, liquors, wines, etc., includes lifting, bending and reaching.   Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. JOB OVERVIEW: This is an on-call position, which provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. KEY DUTIES: Promptly greets guest at assigned tables and take beverage order. Clear away soiled dishes on an ongoing basis and replace flatware as needed. Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items are desired. Requires having a basic knowledge composition of food and beverage menu items, daily specials and proper placing procedures. Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines. Prepare beverages for service to guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards. Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner.  Clean and/or wipe down tables and resets table after guest leaves table. Perform side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required.  Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift. Alert Outlet Management of any service and/or safety issues. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.     May assist with other duties as assigned.   Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum:  Basic reading and writing; Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; high school diploma or its equivalency required. This job requires ability to perform the following: Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Moving about the Banquet area and the kitchen. Liquor Room Attendant-Part Time
Job Summary: The Beverage Liquor Room Attendant will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times.  Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.).  Liquor room Attendant will stock all liquor system manifold and maintain clean pump rooms. Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four wheel carts, four wheel ice containers and two wheel trash containers.  Tasks include pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, walking and reaching.  Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Position Overview:POSITION TO BE HIRED IN MARCH 2019. The Housekeeping Floor Inspector is responsible for ensuring exemplary cleanliness is guaranteed for all guest rooms.  A 100 point check list is used to confirm cleanliness and adhearence to four diamond standards.  The Inspector will ensure superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Housekeeping Floor Inspector will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate Housekeeping operations.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Valet Attendant
Position Overview: The Valet Attendant is responsible for the efficient and safe parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Valet Dispatch
Responsible for the accurate data entry from valet tickets, receiving and settlement of guest transactions and dispatching of valet tickets for retrieval of vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Must be a min. 18 yrs. of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Possess excellent customer service and cash handling skills, organizational skills a must; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays; Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Non- Gaming License as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Wardrobe Attendant
Wardrobe Attendant keeps employee uniforms in good condition; collects, launders, issues and mends employee uniforms.  Additionally, assist the seamstress-tailor and wardrobe manager in other tasks as needed. One to two years of related experience highly preferred and should possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a wardrobe function.     

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer-Casino Experience Pay
VIP -  Must be a min. of 21 years old... Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees. HS Diploma-GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; ; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. 
Surveillance Agent-New Hiring Rates
Responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment; Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member or customer; Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation; Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement; Safeguards the assets of the organization; Assists the Surveillance Shift Manager in organizing routine random surveillances as required; Works closely with the Security Department to prevent the loss or damage of company assets; HS Diploma/GED required; Minimum two (2) years related experience preferred; Performs a variety of tasks as determined by the Surveillance Shift Manager; Minimum  21 years of age; Must maintain a valid PA Gaming License. Surveillance Shift Manager
Essential Job Functions: Assist the Director/Manager of Surveillance in planning, directing, implementing and overseeing the activities of the Surveillance Department, including recruitment, employment, training, employee relations and communications.Observes the daily operations of all monetary operations and transactions throughout the casino property including but not limited to automated bill breakers, gaming vouchers, coupon redemptions, and jackpot payouts.Observes the daily operations of the casino cage as well as any all satellite cages. Observes the daily operations of the count room activities including the video recording of all cash and slot cash storage boxes. In coordination with the Director of Surveillance, prepares a minimum staffing requirement for the Surveillance Department.Organizes routine random surveillances and audits surveillance as required. Works with security team to resolve problems and disturbances. Works closely with the Security Department to prevent the loss or damage of company assets.Ensures compliance with all Federal and State laws and the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.Maintains a strong personal working relationship with local and State law enforcement members.

SLOT OPERATIONS
Slot Technician
Position Overview: The Slot Technician is responsible for performing all repairs, maintenance, moves, modifications, and installation of all slot equipment including but not limited to slot machines and slot system equipment.    All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the Mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.   Essential Job Functions: ·         Adjusts and repairs machines, replacing worn or defective parts as needed. ·         Conducts routine maintenance and servicing of slot machines and related components. ·         Inspects malfunctioning machines to determine causes. ·         Conducts daily inspections of machines and equipment. ·         Coordinates movements, modifications of machines as directed. ·         Set machine options on slot machines and programs progressive slot controllers. ·         Installs new slot related equipment. ·         Moves, modifies and updates slot machines as assigned. ·         Assigns duties to slot technical staff for preventive maintenance and machine inspections as directed. ·         Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.  Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. ·         Must be able to install and repair the ACSC slot system. ·         Attends all necessary meetings.        ·         Assist in other projects as directed ·         Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. ·         Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Blackjack Dealer School-FREE
Mount Airy Casino Resort is now accepting applications for students interested in attending Mount Airy Casino Resort's Blackjack Dealer School.  The dates for the  five week course are TBD. Mount Airy Casino Resort currently has the below class options:Day Class: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM  Evening Class: Monday - Thursday 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM.   All students that successfully complete the course and pass an audition will receive preferential hiring consideration and the opportunity to earn up to $22 per hour. Applicants must be available for the entire five (5) week course and be able to obtain a PGCB license. THIS CLASS IS FREE, THERE WILL BE NO TUITION FEE CHARGED. All applicants will be reviewed and you will be contacted about next steps if considered. Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
(Mt Airy has positions open for Dealers with experience and/or Dealers with Certified Training from an accredited gaming school.
