FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
Cage Cashier
The Cage Cashier is responsible for handling transactions with both external and internal customers involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents.  The Cashier provides the highest level of guest service at all times.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cash Services Representative
THIS IS NOT A MACR POSITION.  CONTACT INFO BELOW:Contact for position: email: joe.franklin@cashservicecenters.com  call: 504-214-2461Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains and reconciles a cash drawer, and secures cash, checks, forms, and other related inventory.Consistently provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests, maintains constant awareness of services offered by Cash Service Centers.Ensures security is maintained of cash drawer and all monetary instruments.Cashes checks for guests in accordance with established procedures.Performs cash advances in accordance with established procedures.Exchanges cash for guests in adherence with established procedures.Operates a 10-key calculator.Performs bank paperwork/deposits and transfers funds with casino Main Bank.Performs all other duties as assigned.
Count Team Associate
The Count Team Associate is responsible for actively participating in the Slot drop and counting and verifying all gaming revenues.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 4 AM Shift Start. 
Credit Clerk -Part Time Only-
The Credit Clerk is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all paperwork necessary to establish credit for guests under the direction of the Credit Executive and the Credit Manager in compliance with established MACR policy and procedure, objectives, goals and PA Gaming Control Board regulations.   Must be available to work weekends and nights.  
Income Auditor
The Income Auditor performs daily property revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.   

ADMINISTRATION
Business Systems Analyst
The Business Analyst is responsible for support and training of the company’s computer system applications.  Support would include working with department personnel and end-users to ensure applications are functioning as intended and coordinating troubleshooting efforts as needed.  Coordination efforts will include working directly with the product vendors and providing whatever support materials and information they require.  Training would include gaining an in-depth understanding of assigned applications and ensuring users are properly using the product and tools provided.
IT Technician Level 1
The Technician Level 1 position is responsible for operating the company’s computer systems and providing first level PC/Network support.  Computer operations would include ensuring all scheduled work is processed successfully during the assigned shift, troubleshooting any problems that may arise and correcting or, when necessary ensure escalation to the proper level within the department.  PC/Network support would include troubleshooting any network or server issue that may arise and escalate as needed and, providing PC users support with any issues they experience.      

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Banquet House Person - Set Up
Set-up and take down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas. Clean and maintain all corridors, event areas, banquet storage areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Banquet Server
This is an on-call position, which provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Beverage Shift Manager
The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all Beverage operations for their shift.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet Cashier
The General Cashier is responsible for operating cash registers and properly settling checks in food and beverage outlets. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet Host
Immediately greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the “great service experience”.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cocktail Server
The Beverage Cocktail Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to every customer while taking and serving beverage orders.  Responsible for taking beverage orders and serving complimentary beverages to guests, slot and pit areas.  Position requires ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly and remember details.  Physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting and carrying is also required.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cook-Bonus Program Offered
Prepare recipes, hot & cold food items and assist in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.    
Deep Clean Steward-Bonus Program Offered
This position is primarily responsible for the deep/heavy cleaning of all kitchen equipment and assigned areas during the overnight shift.   Additionally, clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Employee Dining Room Attendant
Prepare and serve food in the employee dining room ensuring a high level of quality and consistency; cleans tables and assist internal customers.     
Executive Steward
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department including total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas; Control storeroom orders and issue all china, silver and glass; Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately; All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.    
Kitchen Steward-Bonus Program Offered
Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Liquor Room Attendant -Last Call-
The Beverage Liquor Room Attendant (Last call) will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times.  Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.).  Liquor room Attendant will stock all liquor system manifold and maintain clean pump rooms. Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four wheel carts, four wheel ice containers and two wheel trash containers.  Tasks include pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, walking and reaching.  Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Noodle Bar Cook
Prepare recipes, hot & cold food items and assist in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Pool Manager
The Pool Manager is responsible for all Pool and Entertainment operations.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the Pool and entertainment outlets.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Pool Server
Provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Pool Supervisor
The Pool Supervisor is responsible for all Pool operations.  Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the Pool.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

MARKETING
Marketing Operations Lead
The Marketing Lead is responsible for the management and supervision of Player Club Card Services, Promotions and player events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  The Marketing Lead will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Marketing Operations Stock Clerk - Part Time Only -
 The Marketing Operations Stock Clerk assists the Marketing Operations Department with unloading and stacking varies promotional gifts for distribution prior to and during designated promotions as prescribed from Mount Airy Casino Resort’s specifications while following procedures and requirements; Keeps the staging area  neat, clean and organized at all times.   
Player's Club Representative
The Marketing Operations Representative is responsible for assisting Players Club card members and greeting Bus Marketing patrons, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.   
Promotions Coordinator
The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for implementing the day-to-day promotions and special event efforts.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.

Bell Person
The Bellperson is responsible for providing hospitality by greeting/welcoming and assisting guests with handling and transporting luggage and personal belongings while ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. *Part Time. 
Carpenter
The Property Ops Carpenter is responsible for the repair, assembly, installation of all carpentry, including woodwork, wood products and furniture, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Environmental Services Supervisor
The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operation Environmental Services during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The EVS Supervisor will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate EVS operations efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
EVS Houseperson-Bonus Program Offered
The Environmental Services (EVS) Special Projects Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, excluding the casino gaming area during the assigned shift. They ensure superior service to all patrons and guests of the Resort.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
General Maintenance Mechanic -3rd Shift Only-
The General Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the overall general maintenance, replacement and repairs of all facility/property structures and equipment, including grounds keeping, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Golf Cart Attendant-Seasonal
 The Golf Course Attendant is responsible for performing duties required in the daily operations of the golf shop and golf course while ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 
Golf Course Ranger-Seasonal
A Golf Course Ranger will enforce a variety of daily play standards, especially when busy.  A golf course ranger will keep the pace of play throughout the day under direction of the Club house Manager. All duties performed are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, internal control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Guest Room Attendant
 The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Heavy Porter-Bonus Program Offered
The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Porter is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Hotel Front Desk Agent -2nd Shift-
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Hotel Front Office Shift Manager -3rd Shift Only-
The Front Office Shift Manager is responsible for the operation and supervision of Front Desk, Bell Station, Doorman (in the absence of the Bell Captain), Business Center and Concierge Desk during an assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Front Desk Shift Supervisor will assist the staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Houseperson
The Houseperson is responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest room floor areas and hotel areas as assigned, supports Guest Room Attendants by stocking supplies and equipment and handling all linen processes, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Houseperson will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
HVAC Lead -2nd Shift Only-
The Property Operations HVAC/Lead  is responsible for the supervision and overall general maintenance, replacement and repairs of all HVAC facility/property systems, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Landscape Grounds Staff -Seasonal-
Under the direction of the Landscape Supervisor, the Landscape Grounds Staff member performs the daily duties required to maintain and enhance the grounds, ornamental plantings, and turf areas on the casino and hotel and property. 
Overnight Front Desk Agent
The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. Additionally the Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for basic housekeeping duties in the absence of housekeeping team members. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 
Overnight Front Desk Lead
The Overnight Lead Agent is responsible for the operation and supervision of the Front Desk, Bell Station during an assigned shift. Additionally the areas of Housekeeping, Valet and Guest Services/Reservations are added during overnight shifts in the absences of team members in those areas. Answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, and ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. The Overnight Lead Agent will assist staff as necessary to facilitate the handling of guest interactions efficiently and professionally. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Integral Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
PA Licensed Cosmetologist-COS

PA Licensed Nail Technician

Required skills: Must possess a current PA Cosmetology/Manicurist license.  Experience in either salon/spa setting preferred but not required •             Excellent customer service and sales skills •   Must be skilled in all aspects of manicures and pedicures         Responsibilities/Requirements: • Responsible for administering manicures and pedicures to Salon guests   • ·            Analyzes guest’s skin and nails to prescribe appropriate manicure and pedicure treatment.   Promotes and executes retail sales  •            Reliable transportation   
Property Operations Administrative Assistant
The Property Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the property operations function.   This position is responsible for all receptionist duties as well as daily related responsibilities to include: record keeping, file maintenance, answering basic employee questions, including filtering of issues/questions to the Property Operations Manager and Director of Facilities. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Public Area Attendant-Bonus Program Offered
 The Environmental Services (EVS) Public Area Attendant is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Reservations Agent
The Reservations agent is responsible for answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.    
Reservations Supervisor -Overnight-
The Overnight Reservations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Guest Services Reservations, answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, and ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Valet Attendant
The Valet Attendant is responsible for the efficient and safe parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.  

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
This position requires the person to patrol the casino floor, the hotel, and the parking facilities or be stationed at a post to ensure the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company.  The position also ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
Surveillance Officer
The Surveillance Officer is responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.

SLOT OPERATIONS
Lead Slot Attendant
The Lead Slot Attendant is responsible to lead, guide and support the Slot Attendants on their assigned shift while ensuring that the Slot Attendants are providing high levels of customer service. All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the Mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Experienced-Certified Dealers
The Dealer is responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing a specific table game according to MACR’s policies and procedures and guest service standards.  All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
