FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
Accounting Clerk
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting with Mount Airy Casino Resort’s accounts payable department, handling credit card charge backs, win loss reports and other duties as assigned in Income Audit, GL and Payroll. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the company’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cage Cashier
The Cage Cashier is responsible for handling transactions with both external and internal customers involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents.  The Cashier provides the highest level of guest service at all times.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Cage Shift Manager
 The Cage Shift Manager directs the operations of the Cage Department on his/her assigned shift, at all times ensuring the security and accountability of all company assets within all areas of the Cage.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Cash Services Representative
THIS IS NOT A MACR POSITION.  CONTACT INFO BELOW:Contact for position: email: joe.franklin@cashservicecenters.com  call: 504-214-2461Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains and reconciles a cash drawer, and secures cash, checks, forms, and other related inventory.Consistently provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests, maintains constant awareness of services offered by Cash Service Centers.Ensures security is maintained of cash drawer and all monetary instruments.Cashes checks for guests in accordance with established procedures.Performs cash advances in accordance with established procedures.Exchanges cash for guests in adherence with established procedures.Operates a 10-key calculator.Performs bank paperwork/deposits and transfers funds with casino Main Bank.Performs all other duties as assigned.
Count Team Associate
The Count Team Associate is responsible for actively participating in the Slot drop and counting and verifying all gaming revenues.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 4 AM Shift Start. 
Credit Clerk-Part Time
The Credit Clerk is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all paperwork necessary to establish credit for guests under the direction of the Credit Executive and the Credit Manager in compliance with established MACR policy and procedure, objectives, goals and PA Gaming Control Board regulations.    
Financial Analysis Manager
Position Overview: The Manager of Financial Analysis assists in developing, interpreting and implementing complex analyses for all departments, in addition to assisting in planning, control and performance evaluation in support of the Company’s overall profitability, guest satisfaction, and workforce strength and compliance goals. Directly supervises Analysis Department staff members. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Income Auditor
Position Overview: The Income Auditor performs daily property revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.   

ADMINISTRATION
Human Resources Administrative Assistant
 The HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources function.   This position is responsible for all front desk receptionist duties as well as daily HR related responsibilities to include: record keeping, file maintenance, answering basic employee or applicant questions, including filtering of issues/questions to the appropriate HR professional. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bartender
 The Beverage Bartender will provide friendly, excellent service while preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage servers.  The bartender will prepare drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Beverage Manager
The Beverage Manager operates exciting beverage environments, which attract and retain Resort guests while contributing to the operational success of the Food and Beverage Department.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, PA state liquor laws and objectives, and meet the criteria of a AAA Four-Diamond resort.
Buffet Cook
Prepare recipes, hot & cold food items and assist in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Buffet Supervisor
 Assist in managing all aspects of the assigned Restaurant Outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events; Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Employee Dining Room Attendant
Prepare and serve food in the employee dining room ensuring a high level of quality and consistency; cleans tables and assist internal customers.     
Kitchen Steward
Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Main Kitchen Cook
Prepare recipes, hot & cold food items and assist in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.    
Noodle Bar Cook
 The Noodle Bar Cook is responsible for preparing recipes, hot & cold food items and assisting in all kitchen activities to ensure that guests receive high quality food items in a timely manner.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. 
Server-Pool
Provides fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensures quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

MARKETING
Database Manager
The Database Manager is responsible for all analysis performed and direct mail files prepared for the designated mail house; providing team support with regard to all planning and analysis; for managing all databases and lists supporting Marketing and Gaming programs.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Casino Experience Required. 
Marketing Operations Representative-Player's Club Desk
The Marketing Operations Representative is responsible for assisting Players Club card members and greeting Bus Marketing patrons, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.   

RESORT OPERATIONS
Convention Services Manager
The Convention Services Manager is responsible for managing convention services to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, generate increased revenues, expand market share, and nuture return business. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 
General Maintenance Mechanic
The General Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the overall general maintenance, replacement and repairs of all facility/property structures and equipment, including grounds keeping, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Guest Room Attendant
 The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Heavy Porter
The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Porter is responsible for highest level cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino during the assigned shift, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Hotel Front Desk Agent
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing hospitality through greeting and welcoming guests and assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner while performing check in and checkout processes, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
Houseperson
The Houseperson is responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest room floor areas and hotel areas as assigned, supports Guest Room Attendants by stocking supplies and equipment and handling all linen processes, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The Houseperson will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Linen Houseperson
 The Linen Houseperson is responsible for handling, issuing and processing all linens, textiles and supplies and supporting Housekeeping operations, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  The House Person will conform to all Housekeeping standards.   All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  
PA Licensed Cosmetologist-COS
Required Skills: •             Ability to analyze information in detail •             Clear customer focus •             Client confidentiality •             Excellent communication skills •             Ability to take detailed clinical and/or health informational notes   Requirements/Responsibility: •             Active Cosmetology License •             Maintain quality of services and confidentiality •             Skilled skin therapist experience preferred •             Skilled hair and nail technician preferred •             Reliable transportation  
PA Licensed Massage Therapist-LMT
Required Skills: •             Valid state license of massage therapy •             Experience in either clinical/spa setting preferred but not required •             Excellent customer service and sales skills •             Both seasoned therapists and recent grads welcome •             Hold CPR Certification     Responsibilities/Requirements: •             Provide therapies based on bookings, type of therapy and time •             Take detailed notes of client’s clinical history, injuries and/or health conditions as required •             Ability to adjust techniques to meet the client’s needs •             Suggest massage schedules for recurring therapy sessions to help maintain wellness •             Reliable transportation  
Public Area Attendant

The Reservations agent is responsible for answering guest calls, making reservations accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Must be available to work evenings and overnights.    
Valet Attendant
The Valet Attendant is responsible for the efficient and safe parking and retrieval of guests’ vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.   
Valet Dispatch
 The Valet Dispatcher is responsible for the accurate data entry from valet tickets, receiving and settlement of guest transactions and dispatching of valet tickets for retrieval of vehicles, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.  

SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Security Officer
This position requires the person to patrol the casino floor, the hotel, and the parking facilities or be stationed at a post to ensure the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company.  The position also ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
Surveillance Officer
The Surveillance Officer is responsible for operating all surveillance computer equipment.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment.
Surveillance Shift Manager
The Surveillance shift Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Surveillance in managing the day-to-day operations of the Surveillance Department by implementing policies and procedures for the department.  All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. Casino Surveillance/ Gaming Experience Required.    

SLOT OPERATIONS
Slot Technician
 The Slot Technician is responsible for performing all repairs, maintenance, moves, modifications, and installation of all slot equipment including but not limited to slot machines and slot system equipment.    All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the Mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. 

TABLE GAME OPERATIONS
Blackjack Dealer School-FREE
Mount Airy Casino Resort is now accepting applications for students interested in attending Mount Airy Casino Resort's Blackjack Dealer School.  The dates for the  five week course are TBD. Mount Airy Casino Resort currently has the below class options:Day Class: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM  Evening Class: Monday - Thursday 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM.   All students that successfully complete the course and pass an audition will receive preferential hiring consideration and the opportunity to earn up to $22 per hour. Applicants must be available for the entire five (5) week course and be able to obtain a PGCB license. THIS CLASS IS FREE, THERE WILL BE NO TUITION FEE CHARGED. All applicants will be reviewed and you will be contacted about next steps if considered. Experienced and or Certified Table Games Dealers
The Dealer is responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing a specific table game according to MACR’s policies and procedures and guest service standards.  All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
